These Terms of Use govern your access to the Metacognitus website and the submission of demo requests. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What Metacognitus is

Metacognitus makes existing broadcast archives searchable in natural language — down to the exact moment — without replacing the MAM. The website describes the product and allows organisations to request a demo or discuss an Archive Discovery Benchmark. The website itself does not provide live access to the product or to any customer archive.

No guarantee of access

Submitting a demo request does not create a contract, guarantee a meeting, or confer any right to use Metacognitus software. We review requests and may or may not offer a demo or design-partner engagement.

Illustrative content

Example searches, result cards, confidence values and rights statuses shown on the website are illustrative. They are not claims about any specific archive’s contents and are not measured performance results.

Product status

Metacognitus is in active development. Capabilities, integrations, languages, deployment options and availability may change. Statements about how the product is designed to work should not be read as warranties of present functionality unless confirmed in a written agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading contact information
• Attempt to disrupt or probe the website beyond ordinary use
• Use automated means to submit forms or scrape the site in bulk without permission

Intellectual property

The website’s text, design and branding are owned by Metacognitus or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse substantial portions of the site without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement regarding the website content.

Limitation of liability
